 Thank you for your interest in Franklin County Housing Authority’s housing programs. We maintain a waiting list for our housing programs according to Federal housing laws. Our online application is an easy, step-by-step way to get your name on our waiting lists.
You must complete the entire application for the application to be
valid.
IMPORTANT: At the end of the application, you must print and sign a certification form and a packet of consent/release-of-information forms. You must mail ALL of these signed documents to our Chambersburg address within ten (10) business days. You must also mail us photocopies of Social Security cards, Birth Certificates, and Photo IDs. If you do not mail ALL required documents within ten (10) business days, your application WILL BE REJECTED.
Before you begin the application, you must have the names, dates of birth, and Social Security
Numbers available for all household members. You should also know the amount of income, assets, and expenses for each household member.
